Brett joined Movement Mechanics in 2021, bringing his passion for individual strength and conditioning and team sports after completing his Sport and Exercise Science degree. Strength and conditioning are integral to our approach, whether for injury prevention, prehabilitation, or rehabilitation alongside osteopathy. Combining manual therapy with targeted exercise has proven effective in reducing symptoms, enhancing mobility, and delivering lasting results for musculoskeletal disorders.
