Information about your health condition, medical history, social and family history, risk factors, medications, allergies, adverse events, immunisations and treatment you may have already received.
NHI and ACC numbers for identification and naming purposes
Private Health fund details
Your images if you recieve a VALD HumanTrak movement analysis

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. Movement Mechanics may provide statistics about our clients, website trends, and key point indicators. These statistics will not contain any personal information that would identify you.

While we take reasonable steps to maintain secure internet connections, if you provide us with personal information over the internet, the provision of that information is at your own risk. In addition, if you post your personal information to our website or social media pages, please be aware that your post will be publicly available.
